HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY CARPETS BE CLEANED?
Most carpet manufacturers recommend every 6 to 12 months depending on use.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE CARPET TO DRY AFTER CLEANING?
The average dry time is between 8 and 12 hours. Condition such as humidity, air movement and type of carpet affect the dry time. We recommend using the heating system and or the A/C depending on time of year. We also recommend using ceiling fans and any other fans. Please remember to leave the protective blocks or tabs under the furniture for at least 24 hours.

CAN YOU GET ALL OF MY SPOTS AND STAINS OUT?
We typically have a very high success rate at removing spots, but you really don't know until you try. However, there are some stains that will never come out. During our pre-inspection walk through our technician will give you his honest opinion on spots in question.

WHY DO MY CARPETS GET DIRTY FASTER AFTER I CLEAN THEM MYSELF?
Over the counter cleaning detergents contain a lot of foam, which leaves a sticky residue behind. This causes rapid resoiling. Our specially formulated solution leaves little to no residue behind. The carpet is also pH balanced.

WHY SHOULD I HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED BY A PROFESSIONAL?
Always find a carpet cleaner that uses a steam cleaning method. A professionals synthetic detergent along with truck powered equipment and neutralization does not leave any sticky residue behind.

Most carpet manufacturers recommend using a professional who is certified by the IICRC. You could also possibly void out any carpet warranties by cleaning it yourself.

WHAT ARE THE DARK LINES AROUND MY BASEBOARDS AND UNDER SOME DOORS?
That is filtration soil. This soiling comes from air trapped under your carpet from your heating and cooling system. It is difficult to remove, but can be with the use of special products, time, and effort. Vacuum and clean the edges of the carpeting regularly to prevent filtration soiling.

HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO GET URINE STAINS OUT OF MY CARPET?
Pet stains are one of the hardest stains to remove. When pet stains occur on a fabric, it typically has a pH of about four to seven. Since this pH is high, staining occurs almost immediately. Our company carries top-quality urine stain removers. However, please note that we cannot guarantee total color restoration.

Any room or area under 250 square-foot.

DO I NEED TO VACUUM BEFORE YOU COME?
Yes. Please vacuum the traffic areas in your home and under any furniture you want moved.

DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE?
Most furniture can be moved. However there are some items that will not be moved such as pianos, Electronics, entertainment systems, China cabinets, beds, large dressers, pool tables, sectional couches, any furniture with the breakables on it.

HOW OFTEN DO MANUFACTURERS RECOMMEND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING?
Every 18 to 24 months depending on use

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY TILE AND GROUT CLEANED?
Every 2 to 4 years depending on foot traffic, children, and pets.

WILL CARPET CLEANING GET RID OF FLEAS ON MY CARPET?
We do not guarantee carpet cleaning will get rid of fleas. We were recommend the customer kill the adult fleas by using a professional exterminator.
